a. Event Registration Fees
- Cancellation by Participant:

- Cancellations made after this period, or non-attendance, will generally not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Research Foundation of India:

- Refunds for publication charges are generally not issued once the peer-review process has commenced or the article has been accepted for publication.
- If a submission is withdrawn by the author before the peer-review process begins, a partial refund may be considered, subject to administrative fees.
- No refunds will be issued for articles that are rejected after peer review, as the charges cover the costs associated with the review process.
c. Donations
- Donations made to Research Foundation of India are generally non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to fund our initiatives and projects.
- In exceptional circumstances, such as an erroneous duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount, a refund for a donation may be considered upon written request within 3-5 days of the transaction. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
