All my previous experiences say that I have worked in a span of segments. Yet I have sincerely handled top positions- as an Area Sales Manager, Head of English Department and currently Admission In-charge. My records prove that I have excelled wherein big responsibilities were trusted to me with minimal supervision. Speaking about my current position, I feel extremely happy to claim that my employers are extremely satisfied with my performance which they canvass loud. Apart from these my regular involvement in the canvassing and promotional activities has helped the organization to recover the crisis of vacant seats in the admission and counseling processes in the previous years and this year in particular where the crisis has been prevalent in most of the technical and management institutions. I have extensive exposure about Smart/Flipped Classes. I am also finely accustomed with MOOCs like- SWAYAM, NPTEL, Spoken Tutorial and E-PG Pathsala. I am well associated with the procedures of UGC and AICTE. I also have exposure of NIRF, ARIIA, NAAC and NBA. Once liabilities are given to me I work out independently and smoothly.
