Prof. Dr. Ashok Kumar possesses a distinguished academic and professional background with qualifications including B.E. from Maulana Azad College of Technology (now MANIT Bhopal) in 1979, M.Tech from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 2005, PGDM from All India Management Association in 1997, DMS from NIM New Delhi in 2009, LL.B. from K.P. College Dewas in 1997, and a PhD from AISECT University in 2017.

He has published more than 50 research papers in reputed national and international journals and possesses a rich professional experience of around 40 years, including nearly 30 years in the industrial sector and around 10 years in the educational field. His vast expertise in academics, management, industry, and research has contributed significantly to institutional and professional development initiatives.

Recently, Prof. Dr. Ashok Kumar visited the United States and explored several globally renowned universities, including Northeastern University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Boston University. His international academic exposure reflects his continuous engagement with global educational and research advancements.

Prof. Dr. Ashok Kumar is regarded as one of the founding members of Research Foundation of India. In recognition of his dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions to the growth and development of the organization, he has been promoted to the position of CMD – Chief Managing Director of RFI.
